IPTV Bros – Terms and Conditions

GENERAL: IPTV Bros provides IPTV subscription access and reseller services. We do not host, stream, or control any media content. IPTV Bros acts solely as a distributor and technology support platform for IPTV providers.

The availability and contents of any IPTV subscription (including channels or VOD) are subject to change or removal without prior notice by the provider. IPTV Bros is responsible only for activating your subscription for the agreed duration, as confirmed by a screenshot of your activation and expiration.

Usage Rules:

• Each subscription is valid for 1 device at a time. Multiple connections using the same subscription will result in termination.

• It is the client’s responsibility to provide correct device information (device type, app, MAC address if needed) during the order.

• If no device info is provided, we will deliver the subscription in M3U format.

Service Limitations:

• All IPTV services may experience buffering, freezing, or channel interruptions at times.

• Server maintenance by the providers may occur without notice.

• IPTV Bros does not guarantee content uptime or quality—these are managed by third-party providers.

Delivery:

• Subscription credentials are emailed to the client within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

• Screenshots showing account activation and expiration will be provided.

Reseller Accounts:

• IPTV Bros activates your reseller panel and agreed credit points only.

• Ongoing management or technical support of the reseller panel is not included.

Service Cancellation: You may stop using your service at any time. Your subscription automatically ends when the paid period expires. No extra steps or fees are required to cancel.

Content & Package Availability: Services and packages may change at any time due to provider availability or regional broadcasting laws. IPTV Bros acts only as a distributor and cannot guarantee the availability of specific content.

Payment: Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal, Bitcoin, etc.). To use credit/debit cards, your card must be 3D Secure enabled. If declined, contact your bank for authorization.

Legal Disclaimer: By using IPTV Bros, you agree to use the services in compliance with local laws. IPTV Bros is not liable for misuse, nor does it claim rights to any content provided by third-party suppliers.

Communications: By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive occasional service-related or promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Account Use: You must be 18+ and provide accurate details to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

Content Policy: Any content shared with us (reviews, testimonials, etc.) must not infringe on third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant us permission to display or promote it.

Copyright Claims & DMCA: If you believe copyrighted content is being improperly linked or promoted, contact us at support@iptv-bros.com with a DMCA-compliant notice. We honor valid copyright takedown requests.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates your agreement to the revised terms.
